About Me

Hi, my name is Cynthia and I'm a senior at Science Leadership Academy (SLA) who wants people to be happy and have a positive mindset. For my capstone, I have realized that this year a bunch of high school students has been really stressed from the transition to the shorter year, the college process, benchmarks/projects, work, SAT/ACT, family and etc. I want to find a better way for people to relieve that stress and what is not a better way than playful therapy.


We stress because our body is responding to any challenges that could be dangerous physically and mentally.
