*Note: If you add a lot of glue, be careful because it would cause a bigger mess and cause stress that we are not trying to do.

Playing with slime helps with comfort and calming anger and
destress. Also, Slime helps with tension in the hands. Slime can be
used in multiple ways for examples: anxiety, distressing,
change in moods, for fun, and many more.

Resting and Yoga​
Sometimes taking 15 minutes of your time can help you a lot with cooling down. Also, yoga helps to relax your mental stress by doing exercises to your body. Little do some people know, lack of sleep can have a negative impact physically and mentally so people should have a sleeping routine or take a nap during the day. Exercise and doing yoga can also give you more confidence if you do it constantly. when you are doing yoga, you want to work out the larger muscles to relieve the stress. Doing deep breathing can help you by slowing your heart rate which can allow you to feel more calming and peaceful.

Walk to get fresh air​​
Going outside helps you refresh your mind and clean those negative thoughts. It is even better when you have people to go with.​ Walking outside can help reduce endorphins. It also helps to boost self-esteem and mood. This allows you to relax the tension on your neck and shoulders. Walking to get fresh air can help people set their minds straight and also burning calories as well.

Spend time with Friends​​
Little moments hanging out with your friends or family can help reduce the stress by having too much fun and making more memories with each other. When you are having fun, all of the negative thought goes away because you can only focus on one thing at a time. When you are constantly laughing and enjoying yourself, you forget about the stress or the anxiety. Also, this helps loosen up the tension in your body. Spending time with the people you care about can help your health and also fix your mood into something positive.
